D'Annette Stephens

Physical Therapy Aide

D'Annette Stephens is originally from Richmond, Virginia. D’Annette attended Rutgers University in New Brunswick for her Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management and graduated from Long Island University in Brooklyn with her Masters in Exercise Science. D’Annette encountered bpt Physical Therapy on a google search of physical therapy offices in the area. She applied because of the motto “everything is connected”. D’Annette loves that "bpt trains everything from breathing work and injuries, to people who are simply looking to get stronger.” D’Annette’s favorite part of working at bpt is the feeling of community that bpt brings. bpt makes it a point that, upon arrival, you are introduced to everyone and made to feel safe and at home.

D’Annette brings her experience as a strength coach to bpt, as well as a strive to learn as much as she can. You can expect her to be attentive to your treatment and to always greet you with a warm smile. In turn, D’Annette expects all patients to give PT their all!

In D’Annette’s spare time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, and traveling. A fun fact about D’Annette is that she was on the show "Wild ‘n Out” and also won a free queen sized mattress in a mattress firm contest when she lived in NYC.
